This project is a two-story self-storage facility located in Mesa, Arizona, with a total area of approximately 111,678 square feet and 25,830 sf covered RV. The structure features concrete over steel deck elevated slabs, concrete mat foundation, and a load-bearing light gauge cold-formed steel-framed superstructure with CMU walls around the exterior at the first floor. United Structural Design provided full structural engineering services, addressing long-span framing requirements and load coordination for multi-level storage occupancy.
