This project is a single-story retail shell building located in Surprise, Arizona, with a total area of approximately 2,292 square feet. The structure incorporates wood walls and prefabricated wood roof trusses, supported by slab-on-grade and conventional spread footings. United Structural Design provided complete structural engineering services, including framing for rooftop mechanical loads and flexibility for future tenant build-outs.
