Project Description:

This project is an educational daycare facility located in Phoenix, Arizona, consisting of a single-story structure totaling approximately 6,000 square feet. The building is primarily constructed with CMU walls and features a roof system of open-web steel joists supported by structural steel beams. United Structural Design provided complete structural engineering services, coordinating long-span framing and lateral resistance for educational occupancy
requirements.
