This project is a single-story retail building located in Surprise, Arizona, with a total structural area of approximately 5,000 square feet including interior space, a covered patio, and canopies. The structure features wood walls supported on spread footings and a conventional roof system prefabricated wood trusses and structural steel girders. United Structural Design provided full structural engineering services, including framing for rooftop mechanical units and layout flexibility for future tenant improvements.
