This project is a single-story restaurant located in Surprise, Arizona, totaling approximately 9,646 square feet including interior space, covered patio, and canopies. The structure combines wood bearing walls with steel and wood roof framing, all supported on spread footings and slab-on-grade. United Structural Design provided full structural engineering services, including lateral system design and framing coordination for food service areas, mechanical loads, and outdoor covered spaces.
