This project is a veterinary clinic located in Queen Creek, Arizona, consisting of one 1-story building totaling approximately 4,400 square feet. The structure includes CMU perimeter walls with prefabricated wood trusses and timber trusses supported by slab-on-grade and conventional spread footings. United Structural Design provided full structural engineering services, addressing gravity and lateral systems while accommodating essential facility requirements and rooftop equipment.
