This project is a single-story automotive service building located in Queen Creek, Arizona, totaling approximately 6,657 square feet. The structure utilizes concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls on spread footings with a panelized wood roof. United Structural Design provided full structural engineering services, including lateral system design and framing coordination for open bay use.
