This project is a single-story restaurant located in Surprise, Arizona, with a total structural area of approximately 7,029 square feet, including enclosed space, a covered patio, and canopies. The building structure features wood walls and a prefabricated wood truss roof system, all supported on slab-on-grade and conventional spread footings. United Structural Design provided complete structural engineering services including lateral system design and framing coordination for rooftop mechanical loads and outdoor covered areas.
