This project is a commercial self-storage facility located in Phoenix, Arizona, consisting of one 3-story building totaling approximately 144,606 square feet. The structure is primarily composed of spread footings, concrete slab-on-grade, and structural steel framing with light gauge steel interior framing. United Structural Design provided complete structural engineering services, including design for vertical and lateral systems and elevated floor framing using composite steel and deck systems.
