This project is a commercial self-storage facility located in Goodyear, Arizona, consisting of one 2-story building totaling approximately 74,362 square feet. The structure features spread footings, a ground-level concrete slab, an elevated second floor, and light gauge framing with structural steel. United Structural Design provided full structural engineering services, accommodating large open storage areas and multi-level load requirements.
