This project is a commercial restaurant located in Surprise, Arizona, consisting of one 1-story structure totaling approximately 7,680 square feet. The structure features wood walls, structural steel framing, and prefabricated roof trusses supported by conventional spread footings. United Structural Design provided complete structural engineering services, addressing open dining areas, patio canopy structures, and support for mechanical rooftop loads.
